Hey guys! I'm back again making blogs, but this time for different module! This time, we'll be delving even deeper into Chemical Product Design.

Similar to last time out, I'm gonna list two personal goals that I wish to achieve for this module by the end of the semester.

Goal 1: I want to become a lot better at using Fusion 360

my very simple box from last sem

I kind of got the hang of it last semester, but I realised that my designs were a lot simpler than my friends' designs. So, this semester, I'm gonna try to be more creative and make more complex designs.

Goal 2: I want to be more comfortable doing hands-on activities.

When it came to practicals last semester, I had a hard time with hands-on work. For example, when making the shark, I couldn't even use the penknife properly, and relied too much on my teammates to make the shark. So that's something I'll need to work on for sure.

I think that to achieve both of these goals, the same strategy can be applied. I need to be willing to take more risks. When it comes to using Fusion 360, taking risks will allow me to make more complex design, instead of something like the box I made last semester lol. As for hands-on activties, I need to be more willing to use tools such as the penknife. When I tried it last semester, my hand kept shaking. Not sure if that's something I can control, but hopefully being willing to take the risk of using tools I have never done before will help me to feel more confident in using them, hence helping me to reduce the shaking.

In the end, I will know whether I have accomplished these goals if I get a better grade next semster lol. I'm pretty sure the component that pulled me down was my 3D printing because it was too simple.

Okay that's all for the introduction. SEE YOU IN THE FIRST BLOG BYEBYE!
